day something - and lots of good speedwork

since at it's core this is supposed to be a running blog, nice to share some stuff from today thats related to---running. First, I've gotten into a really good rhythm of doing my suggested mileage - that's suggested by Runners World Smart Coach - into two segments, particularly on days when I'm running with students participating in our Teens Run Yonkers (TRY) program. So, for example, if I'm supposed to do 8 easy paced miles, I'm doing 4 or 5 in the early AM (and yes, they're on the treadmill) and then covering the remaining outside with our TRY participants. I was expecting today to be the same as we were scheduled to run today. So, I did a really well paced (for me) that is, 4 miles at about 10.15 per mile. Even though that was quicker than was my suggested, I just enjoyed it. We ended up doing our Teens Run stuff primarily inside today and did a bunch of good stretched and drills. So, to wrap up my suggested 7, I did 3.13 miles in 30 minutes for a 9.35 pace - again, much quicker than suggested but was just really feeling it so why not...I'll definitely lighten it up for tomorrow.

I'm really struggling to think of anything Seinfeld related that I can share or make into a trivia quiz. Oh here's something, I interviewed a candidate today for an internship and I will not editorialize on that as it's inappropriate. However, it does remind of me George's search for an assistant - remember him saying "I don't know why I never had an assistant before?" To which Jerry replies - Perhaps, it's because you never had a job before!". SO true...Anyway, some fun trivia. Can you provide the name of the woman who plays Ada? And what related show did she appear in some year's later?

Here's a clip from it:
