day 20

so just finished day 20 - pretty nice workout and a good energizer for starting our first day of Teens Run Yonkers Winter Training with Yonkers High School. So there's no ambiguity whatsoever, most of my morning runs - which are typically at 4:15 AM - are done on a treadmill - my well kept or not so well kept secret. I'm OK with this because when we start TRY training that's all outside so I get them both in. I don't find the tmill as boring as many do because I am running a continual loop of Seinfeld episodes when I do it to the point where I know way too much of this by heart. Sometimes a little change up to Curb Your Enthusiasm or something else but it keeps me going. Anyway, this morning did a good and somewhat challenging series of incline intervals up to 5 at about a 10.50 per mile pace. Did a total of 6 miles worth in 65 minutes
