well, it's back to the norm or at least something like the norm. I have to say that I've been really touched by encouraging words! My favorite so far - my co-coach for our Teens Run Yonkers was so thrilled for me since he thought my best previous time had been a 6 hour run. So, he was ready to announce to all the students about my tremendous improvement. But it was touching how excited he was for me - and still was after I explained that it was really kind of reverse. Anyway, enjoying my light recovery runs and not putting pressure on myself other than to keep up my streak which I believe is at 60+ days of running.
And I never really did connect Seinfeld to a marathon so...name two episodes that where the New York Marathon figures in prominently (hint: one of them has to do with an alarm and the other---well I'll let you figure it out
